A large percentage of Dead or early POST failure motherboards are caused by a corrupted BIOS. These motherboards can be recovered by replacing or re-flashing the Firmware HUB.

EzBIOS is a FAST cost effective tool allowing the user to quickly verify and reflash the system BIOS without the need to remove or replace any components (Including the CPU!).  The motherboard does not even need to be taken out of the PC Case!

The EzBIOS tester plugs into a target board PCI slot, and takes control of the processor without the use of a CPU interposer.  Communication to EzBIOS is via USB, and using the USB 2 interface an Intel® 82802AB 4Mb Firmware HUB is verified in just 2 seconds.  A complete reflash takes just 14 seconds with the option to preserve or overwrite DMI information.

The tester also contains a POST Checkpoint and Smart Vu card, allowing quick target motherboard boot verification after reflash.
